Each collar is custom made to your dog’s measurements, so we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing.

How to Measure

Measure your dog’s actual neck size using a flexible tape measure.

Do not add extra fingers to the measurement.

Our collars are sized so that the centre hole matches the measurement you provide, allowing adjustment using the other holes.

If your dog’s neck measurement falls between sizes, please choose the next size up or contact us for a custom fit.

Important

Do not measure a previous collar from end to end, as this often results in ordering a collar that is too large.
